401 Park.

401 Park is a one million square-foot hub in Boston's Fenway neighbourhood. Originally built in 1928 as a Sears, Roebuck and Company distribution center, it sold anything from horse shoes to pre-fabricated houses. After its $250m refurbishment, the building now hosts Time Out Market, a new community park, and a skating rink. 401 Park is a symbol of the industrial neighbourhood's signature grit and innovative pace.
