Our new brand identity and packaging design system reflects Wakaze’s transition from a once independent, experimental sake brewery to one of the biggest sake producers in the world. The new identity comfortably flexes between playful and premium, creating a vibrant world to house the ever growing modern sake brand. This is sake for the next generation.

The Barrel Series.

To mature their sake for the Barrel series, Wakaze uses wine, whisky and brandy barrels. The result is three uniquely rich sakes with beautifully complex flavours borrowed from their oak predecessors.

The Labs Series.

Wakaze’s Labs series is a platform for open experimentation. The company believes in dispelling the mysticism around sake. They experiment often to create special edition products that invite people in.
